Draft terms for Week 4 completion

This draft keeps the route real for settings, QA, and launch prep without pretending the legal review is already finished.

Status

This is a development draft so the app can link to a real Terms route during Week 4. Final terms still need client-approved legal text.

Use of the product

Lingua Read provides language-learning readers, generated content, saved texts, sharing flows, and teacher-management tools for the MVP scope described in the project documents.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are handled through the mobile stores and Stripe. Billing details, refund terms, and jurisdiction-specific conditions still need final legal review before launch.

What still needs finalization

Support terms, acceptable-use detail, warranty disclaimers, limitation-of-liability language, and governing-law sections still need to be replaced with final approved copy.
